In this article we present a few causes of why the price may not be showing on your menu.
There are a few steps to follow whenever the price of your items is not displaying on your menu.
Tablet Menu
If the issue arises in the tablet menu:
Log onto your My Menu account with your username and password.
Select 'Settings' from the left hand side menu (you may need to scroll down a bit)
Select 'Tablet Menu'
On the right hand side you will find the 'Currency' settings, which can be updated, as shown below
QR Menu
If the issue arises in the QR menu:
Log onto your My Menu account with your username and password.
Select 'Settings' from the left hand side menu (you may need to scroll down a bit)
Select 'QR Menu'
Scroll down the page until you arrive to 'Basic Settings', where you can tick the corresponding box to display prices.
Error in Design
Another reason why the price may not be displaying on either of your menus is because the price font is the same color as the background of your menu.
To fix this, follow these steps:
Select 'Design' from the left hand side menu
Choose the menu you wish to update and click 'edit'
Go to 'Primary Page' and fix the font for your price
Try to make both the font of your menu item and price contrasting with the background, as much as it may be allowed by your brand guidelines. Fonts that stand out clearly will give your guests a better experience using your Menu.
